Unforgettable 60th birthday tour of sri lanka .
We've just had the most unforgettable tour of sri lanka with our guide Buddhika Herath . Six of us travelled to sri lanka for my 60th birthday , family and partners and I couldn't have wished for more .Buddhika went above and beyond with making it extra special for me , including a delicious birthday cake on my birthday morning and our van dressed with balloons and banners he'd personally made. We also went to the cultural show in Kandy and I ended up on stage as he'd arranged for the cast to sing for me and another cake appeared that he'd got a relative to make for me .( I'm now got a fb following as it was videos!) The tour itself was excellant we were taken to every place of interest with efficiency and ease. We travelled as a family in a very comfortable vehicle with air conditioning and driven by chandry ( as we called him) who was so lovely kind and attentive ,We felt like royalty. Buddika managed to answer all my questions I asked him ( which were never ending )and is so knowledgeable about his country and the people who live here . The food is delicious here , mainly curry based , and we were taken to the best local restaurants to eat at . Lifetime experience for sure!!!
We had the most amazing experience on our tour with BH Lanka and our awesome guide Indunil. From the moment he collected us from the airport he took great care of us and provided us all with a lifetime of memories of his amazing country. I can not recommend his service high enough! His driving was amazing, and he not only helped us spot the elusive leopards in Yala National Park but he showed us so much of his cultural and his beautiful country. He also went the extra distance to surprise me with a small birthday celebration which I will never forget. Our family will be eternally grateful for the warmth and hospitality he showed us. Incredible experience
Our tour was incredible and more than we could have hoped for it to be. If you want to the raw Sri Lanka, the tourist spots and everything in between then the BHLanka Lifetime experience tour is the one. Our guide (Buddhika) and driver (Chandy) made the trip for us. Buddhika went out of his was on so many occasions and added numerous little touches that really made a difference for my Mum's 60th trip, we can't thank them both enough! Great experience in Sri Lanka( 8 days)
We booked the 8 day Sri Lanka Experience tour and we had a wonderful experience. We weren't sure if we would be with other people or on our own - as it turned out we were just the 2 of us and our wonderful guide, Nalin. Being on our own was great as we could be flexible in some of our planning. We always felt that we were in capable hands and Nalin was personable, knowledgeable, friendly and always prompt and professional. We loved being able to stop for curd on the side of the road, or find time to shop for a coconut broom! We learned a lot, laughed a lot and had a great time. Climbing Sigiriya at sunset, and our safari in Yala were some of our highlights. BH Lanka was excellent to work with from the beginning. Communication was excellent and all of our inquiries were answered promptly and thoroughly. Hotels were clean, service at all was great. Visiting Wonderful Sri Lanka 2024
We had very high expectations for our trip to Sri Lanka and we were certainly not disappointed! From the commencement of our adventure at Colombo Airport to the final farewell, we were exceptionally well looked after by BH Lanka Tours, provided by Bookmundi. Our tour guide and chaperone, Ruvin, was excellent and his cheerful and accommodating manner ensured that every day went smoothly and was full of interest. Thank you, Ruvin. Our experience: Hotels: All of our hotels were of exceptional quality with very attentive staff. We were ‘half board’ and the food was very tasty with many selections, both local and international. Landscapes and Scenery: Magnificent and diverse. Very dramatic. Mountains: travelling through the mountains was so enjoyable and the rich fauna kept us engaged all of the time. History: Sri Lankan culture goes way back and the cultural sites are well worth exploring. Sigiriya Rock: Wonderful to see at sunset. Mountain train ride: A must do excursion with lots to see along the way, including tea plantations and agriculture. Kandy: Alluring at sunset. You must visit the temple. Beaches: Along the south and west coast we briefly enjoyed some lovely beaches, but be careful about where to swim. Did I mention the elephants? OMG! The elephant sightings in 2 reserves were simply spectacular. To see these beautiful creatures in their habitat, interacting with each other under their own terms was so special and we just couldn’t get enough of them. Luckily there were many to see and their bond and affection for each other was just mesmerizing. If for no other reason, Sri Lanka is worth visiting just to get up close to these beautiful animals. Finally, as we said our fond farewell to Dear Ruvin, we shed a tear and yet smiled as well knowing full well that we are taking home with us some lifelong, wonderful memories. Sri Lanka 🇱🇰. The wonder and beauty of Sri Lanka

16 day Sri Lanka North to South
This was our second visit to Sri Lanka, first time was with a group organised by a different company and this time as a private tour with BHLanka. Enjoyed both and we have no complaints with BHL, the tour was well organised, choice of hotels was good but a few were not as central as we would like but tuk tuks are cheap, the itinerary allowed us to see many facets of SL. We had reservations about doing a private tour with just the two of us but found this to be a good experience. We had a guide who was also our driver for the 14 days. Nalin Dissanayake was a teacher in geography, history, science, birds, economics and more. We couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable guide and he spoke good english. We were able to adjust the itinerary in a few places to suit our requests. Driving conditions here in SL are difficult but Nalin was very careful and we felt safe. Amazing Sri Lanka Tour
The tour organized by BH Lanka Tours was incredible. Nalin our tour guide made it a unique experience. From the very first day, he customized the tour for us, explained everything about Sri Lankan culture and brought us closer to the people and their lives. Nalin surprised us every day with different delicacies that we had never tasted before. In 12 days we were able to get to know so much of the country on a relaxed and incredibly beautiful tour with Nalin and BH Lanka Tours together!!! A wonderful experience
