RANE Contains active Myrcene and Citral in the proportion of 4.76% w/w mixed in washable base to use as a topical administration. PHARMACOLOGY Mycene has a direct analgesic effect similar to that described for peripheral acting opiates or dipyrone. Myrcene appears as a potentially safer alternative to other analgesic applications. All of which are associated with major toxicological problems. Terpenes such as Myrcene may constitute a lead for the development of new peripheral analgesics with a profile of action different from that of the aspirin-like drugs. INDICATIONS This percutaneous, topical and high action analgesic and anti -inflammatory is indicated for all kinds of pains, Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Lower back pain, Gout, Sprains and strains, stiff neck, lumbago, Painful inflammatory condition.
