With view to further expansion the company issued new shares by way of Private Placement in February 2011 and had its' Initial Public Offering on 23rd June 2011. The issue was oversubscribed many times and the shares commenced trading on 26th July 2011. Through the Private Placement the company issued Rs. 830 mn shares at Rs. 5/- per share and via the Initial Public Offering the company issued Rs. 50 mn at Rs. 5/- per share.
