Important updates were made to the HSBC Mobile Banking App to safeguard the App and everyone who uses it from malware attacks. As a result of the malware attack preventative controls, please note that taking screenshots, screen recordings and screen sharing or mirroring on the HSBC Mobile Banking App will be unavailable for Android users. For iOS users, screen recordings, screen sharing and mirroring will be unavailable, but screenshots will not be blocked.
