LECO carries out maintenance of its high voltage (11 kV) & low voltage (230V) lines, transformers and all the other equipment of the distribution system in a routine basis to ensure a safe, efficient and smooth distribution system with minimal faults and breakdowns.

Break Downs
LECO targets to attend all its service calls within 30 minutes. It has a dedicated team for emergency breakdowns to work 24/7, 365 basis. This process is well monitored to restore the system quickly, minimizing the repercussions caused by the outage duration of electricity.
Bill Payments
Online payment system helps its customers to pay their bills without any time and geographic barrier. Any billing related issue has to inform to the nearest area office.
